I noticed the wiki looks a bit blank... Here's a link to some easily-compiled information:

Interesting! Thanks for posting the link. Apparently I don't have a password to the Wiki either, or at least not one I can find at the moment. On the other hand, I did find a 22-page stylesheet for the first trilogy...
