There *was* a Mangiralas and a First Mangiralas, but that was before I cut out 1/3 of the book at my editor's order. Similarly, Nadalforo died in Mangiralas, but when I had to cut the entire subplot involving the other mercenary company, I needed to "revive" her.
Ladyholder Domorothion was not Aramenthiali's Chief Lightborn: as per tradition, that would have been Bervaset Lightsister, who was Lord Manderechiel's personal Lightborn. (When Elves hold multiple titles or ranks, the highest title available takes precedence, so "Ladyholder" over "Chief Lightborn".)
Aesalion is another of those mercenaries whose stories have been erased from the published version. And yes! He was of Cirandaerion, so full marks there. He was Asevaleiris of Cirandaerion, and yes, Giralein was his mother.
