I simply wonder if we'll ever get the stories of Clarice's sisters? Has the series been purchased? Dropped?

Neither one: Tor wants to see if the (still-unwritten) first book in the other series sells better or worse. In a perfect universe, of course there would be not only one book about each daughter, but one about the son as well. We'll see.
