The only map I think there is, is at the beginning of Crown of Vengeance. I admit that map helped me out a lot in understanding both that story and Blade a little better. If you are one of the smart people and wait for all the books to come out before you read them (I am too inpatient for that), you can Google Crown of Vengeance and both halves (2 pages) of the map will come up. I think it shows under Google Books. Hope that helps.
