I'm looking for Elvish units of measure. I think I defined some in one of the trilogies, but I cannot find them in my notes. Any ideas?

I can't remember, and I'm a lore geek. I only remember that a taille = 12 and a grand-taille = 144.

I don't think any formal definition was given.

I saw the usage of miles, though.

Measurements

There area few odd ones mentioned, like when Runa mentions a dihora (sp?) is a wheel turn late in book 2, and fortnight is mentioned, but 4 sennights are a moon turn.
I thought Kellen had mentioned measurements early in the first book of his, maybe while shopping?
Letcha know what else I hear. Right now, the audiobooks are helping me do taxes.

I did a very quick scan, and found a few. Not all are Elvish. I was just looking for references in general. Most units used in the Dragon Prophecy is time vs a specific distance unit (travel for 2 sennights vs travel 200 leagues). In general I found this true for the whole series.

Hour
Sunturn
Moonturn
Year
Wheelturn
Sennight
Century

Distance references:
League
Mile

I’ll keep looking. I could have sworn I saw weight or height measurements at some point. And as previously mentioned tallie and grand tallie for 12 and 144.
