At the beginning of this month, House of the Four Winds was published. You can read an excerpt from it here. (Unfortunately, the giveaway is over by now...)
I was reading this book and was surprised with how much I actually liked it. I usually do not like pirate books or books with pirate themes and only read it because both you and Lackey are my favorite authors. Thank you for bring a good book to life.
I have just finished "Four Winds" and loved it. I have a question that I can't seem to find the answer for. Was the alias that the doctor choose in honor of Leonard Nimroy and DeForest Kelley? Thank you.
I confess I cannot imagine where one would look for an answer to such a
question, but in this case, you are not doomed to lack an answer! The
doctor's chosen alias is indeed a Star Trek reference: to Leonard "Bones"
McCoy and the actor who played him, Jackson DeForest Kelley
I am desolated to say that Tor has not yet bought another book in this series. Should they do so, its title will be The Inn of the Hawk and the Raven. I will certainly post information as I get it.
So I just found the first book but noticed that it has been a few years since its release. Do you think that One Dozen Daughters will ever finish or is it a lost cause? I loved The House of the Four Winds so much I totally need more
The next book in the "Dragon Prophecy" series is DELIVERANCE OF DRAGONS. Its publication date is 5/27/2025.
